Free diagnosis vs. Fix Sprint
Agentic Prep has two tiers: a free diagnosis and a paid Fix Sprint. This page explains exactly what each includes.
Free: AI Readability Diagnosis
The diagnosis is free for all stores. It gives you a complete picture of where your catalog stands.
What’s included:
- Full catalog scan (all published products)
- AI Readability Score (0–100) for every product
- Store-wide summary: score distribution, median, mean
- Category-level score breakdown
- Findability baseline check (robots.txt, sitemap, llms.txt, canonical)
- AI Agent Preview for your 3 lowest-scoring products
- Prioritized fix list ranked by impact ÷ effort
- Labels indicating which issues you can fix yourself vs. which require the Fix Sprint
- Exportable PDF report
What it doesn’t do:
The diagnosis is read-only. It identifies problems but does not fix them.
Paid: Fix Sprint
The Fix Sprint is a one-time service that runs the actual remediation. Every change is staged for your approval before anything is published.
Pricing:
- Up to 250 products: $499
- 251–1,000 products: $999
What’s included:
- Semantic attribute mapping (ambiguous → standard values, written to dedicated metafields)
- Description rewrites for all products scoring below 70
- Description augmentation for products scoring 70–89
- Complete JSON-LD schema generation via Theme App Extension
- GTIN/MPN population (bulk intake form + auto-generated MPNs)
- Shopify Catalog Mapping remediation
- LLMs.txt and LLMs-full.txt generation and publication
- Full Approvals dashboard (review, edit, approve, or reject every change)
- Before/after AI Agent Preview showing your improvement
- Updated scores and changelog
- 30-day revert capability for every published change
Which do I need?
Start with the free diagnosis. The prioritized fix list tells you exactly what’s wrong and estimates the improvement from fixing it. If most of your issues are in the “can fix yourself” category, you may not need the Fix Sprint at all.
If you have products in the Critical (0–39) or Needs Work (40–69) bands, or if the diagnosis surfaces systemic issues across your catalog (thin descriptions, missing schema, ambiguous attributes), the Fix Sprint will deliver the fastest improvement path.
