The 5-step workflow
Agentic Prep uses a structured five-step workflow that keeps you in control at every stage. No changes are made to your live store without your explicit approval.
The steps

| 1 | Diagnosis | Your catalog is scanned and scored. You see every issue and its impact. |
| 2 | Fix Plan | If you unlock the Fix Sprint, a remediation plan is generated for your store. |
| 3 | Approvals | You review every proposed change — approve, edit, or reject each one. |
| 4 | Publish | Approved changes are pushed to your live store via Shopify’s API. |
| 5 | Results | Your updated scores show the improvement, and a before/after AI preview is generated. |
The approval model
Agentic Prep never touches your live store without explicit approval. Specifically:
- The diagnosis is read-only — it scans but makes no changes
- Every fix generated by the Fix Sprint goes into a staging queue
- You see the original value and the proposed value side by side
- You can approve, edit inline, or reject any individual change
- Batch approval is available if you want to approve a category of changes at once
- Changes are only published when you click Publish in Step 4
Reverting
If you publish a change and later want to undo it, every modification is stored with its original value. You can revert any individual change within 30 days of publishing.
